A dental implant is a small titanium post placed in the jaw bone that acts as a new tooth root. Once it fuses with the bone, a ceramic crown, bridge or full-arch denture is fixed on top — giving you a permanent tooth that doesn't slip, doesn't decay and doesn't need to be removed at night.
At Krishna Dental Care implants are planned and placed by Dr. Rajesh Bishnoi (BDS, MIDA, Implantologist) using digital X-rays for precise positioning. We offer single-tooth, multiple-tooth and full-mouth (All-on-4 / All-on-6) solutions with globally trusted implant systems.
- Chew, speak and smile with full confidence — no slipping dentures
- Neighbouring teeth stay untouched (unlike a bridge)
- Preserves jaw bone and facial shape
- Lasts decades with normal brushing and check-ups

01
Consultation & digital X-ray
We assess bone, gums and bite, then show you the plan and cost clearly.
-
02
Implant placement
A short, painless procedure under local anaesthesia. Most patients return to work the next day.
-
03
Healing
The implant fuses with bone over 3–4 months. A temporary tooth can be given so you're never without a smile.
-
04
Final crown
A custom zirconia crown is fixed on the implant — matched to your natural shade.
Is implant surgery painful?
No. It is done under local anaesthesia and most patients say it was easier than a tooth extraction. Mild soreness for a day or two is managed with simple medicines.
Am I too old for implants?
Age is not a barrier — healthy bone and gums are what matter. We routinely place implants for patients in their 70s and 80s.
How much does an implant cost?
Cost depends on the number of implants and the crown type. You get a written estimate at the consultation, and instalment options are available.
